Working principle:
High-quality wear-resistant ceramics are vulcanized inside the hose using an advanced vulcanization process. Multi-layer high-strength cords ensure that the pipeline has good compression resistance. 3. Reinforcement Layer: Multiple layers of high-tensile textile cord and optional steel wire helix reinforcement, providing excellent pressure-bearing capacity and anti-collapse performance, adapting to both positive pressure delivery and negative pressure suction working conditions.
4. Outer Rubber Layer: Wear-resistant, anti-tear, weather-resistant synthetic rubber, effectively resisting mechanical impact, UV radiation, ozone aging and harsh outdoor environment erosion, protecting the internal structure and extending the overall service life of the hose.
The whole hose is formed by advanced vulcanization and bonding technology, with compact structure, stable performance, no cracking or ceramic falling off during use, and can adapt to frequent bending and on-site maneuvering operations.
